BOOKING POLICY
• Minimum 20% Deposit for all bookings
• 50% Deposit for bookings from new clients and clients with a history of ‘no-shows’
• Deposit will be deduced from total amount owing at checkout at commencement of appointment
• Any cancellations within 24hrs of appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit
• Gift Voucher users are exempted from paying deposit, excluding online bookings
